Darcy Resch Shanley, Esq.

Darcy Resch Shanley is a litigator handling variety of insurance defense, and subrogation and complex product liability matters at Devine Timoney Law Group. Prior to joining Devine Timoney, Ms. Shanley was a litigation attorney at an insurance defense firm where she concentrated her practice on general liability matters, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, product liability and dog bite cases.  The broad scope of her litigation experience has assisted Ms. Shanley in her transition to the team at Devine Timoney.

Ms. Shanley received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2016, where she served as treasurer to the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and won the award for Best Closing Argument in mock trial. After graduation, Ms. Shanley completed a judicial clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court with the Honorable Christine Smith, J.S.C., where she gained extensive experience in civil practice. While clerking, she was trained and certified in mediation and has served as a mediator for small claims.

Prior to law school, Ms. Stanley obtained her B.A. degree in Politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. While in college, Ms. Stanley was a four-year member of the Catholic University Women’s Lacrosse team.
