Aditya Shukla is a litigator who focuses on product liability and insurance coverage cases. Born in New Delhi, India, Aditya grew up in Newark, Delaware and attended the University of Delaware. While at the University of Delaware, he took rigorous classes in neuroscience, biology and psychology, while also working as a researcher in a cognitive neuroscience. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, Aditya attended Temple Law School. While at Temple, he spent two summers as a summer associate where he worked on issues involving labor and employment, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. After getting his J.D. from Temple in 2023, Aditya joined Devine Timoney Law Group. He is bilingual and fluent in both English and Hindi. ![]()

Luis Chiarelli is a litigator specializing in products liability and insurance defense. Prior to becoming an attorney, Luis worked as a Sales Engineer at KAAST AG/USA, a German manufacturer of machine tools and fabrication equipment. He was later promoted to General Manager for Latin American operations, where he oversaw large-scale equipment sales and managed cross-border transactions between KAAST’s manufacturers in Europe and Asia and end-users in South and Central America, as well as French Canada. This hands-on experience with a wide range of complex machinery provides Luis with a practical, technical perspective in his legal practice, particularly in cases involving machinery defects, workplace safety, and job site incidents. Luis earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, gaining valuable legal experience while interning at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. He was also active in moot court, contributed to several international legal publications, and served as a teaching assistant in the Integrated Transactional Program. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Luis is fluent in Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
