Aditya Shukla, Esquire
Aditya Shukla is a litigator with a focus on product liability and insurance coverage cases. Born in New Delhi, India, Aditya grew up in Newark, Delaware. He attended the University of Delaware, where he pursued a rigorous academic path in neuroscience, biology and psychology. He also worked as a researcher in cognitive neuroscience. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, Aditya went on to attend Temple University Beasley School of Law.
While at Temple, Aditya honed his legal skills as a summer associate for two consecutive summers, working on labor and employment, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He earned his J.D. in 2023 and joined Devine Timoney Law Group, where he continues to specialize on complex litigation.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, Aditya is committed to providing high-quality legal counsel to his clients. Outside of his legal profession, he enjoys photography, sports and spending time with his friends, family and his beloved pug.
